Beginner Level Workshop:
This hands-on, immersive experience is crafted for beginners, yet welcomes any level of experience. Together, we’ll explore the world of crystal frequency, intention, and energy shifting. Each of us feels a unique calling to these bowls; they resonate with the vibration of those ready to awaken to the power of sound and inner connection.

In this workshop, you’ll:

• Delve into the properties of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls
• Understand the physics of crystal frequency and its effects
• Define the principles of vibrational healing and sound therapy
• Explore the chakra system and connect each bowl to these energy centers
• Appreciate the quality and value of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls
• Gain confidence in playing and selecting bowls attuned to your energy
• Build knowledge of frequency physics and sound therapy’s profound impact

You’ll also:

• Learn how to assemble a set of crystal singing bowls (options for 3, 5, 7, or 12 bowls)
• Discover binaural beats and their integration into your practice
• Understand the power of toning and using your voice in harmony with the bowls
• Practice hands-on techniques to deepen your comfort and confidence
• Grasp the role of a facilitator, learning to craft profound experiences
• Conclude the day with a short sound session, applying all you’ve learned
