Bring a non-perishable food item to donate to our local food banks. 

This event is about you and your family’s well-being. Crystal will be sharing a couple of easy techniques to help you decrease stress and anxiety, support sleep, improve brain function and initiate your body’s healing processes more quickly. Then she will do some live mini-energy healing sessions with participants at the event to support their health and well-being. She may also share any messages from Source, guides, angels, etc. 

Crystal is a speaker, transformational Coach, Intuitive, Energy Healer and Spiritual Guide.
